Each member of our leadership team brings a distinct perspective shaped by their own experiences, yet all share a common belief that lasting success is built through thoughtful leadership, long-term partnerships, and responsible stewardship. Together, those experiences create an alchemy that shapes how ZCE develops projects, builds partnerships, and pursues growth.

A veteran of more than thirty film and TV projects over three-decades in Hollywood, Cioffi has served in creative, production and executive roles.

Editor’s note: While this photo is super cute, it would be a mistake to underestimate Jess!

A Collaborative Leadership Model

ZCE is intentionally structured as a collaborative creative company rather than a vehicle for any single filmmaker or individual project. Each member of the leadership team contributes unique experience while sharing common principles, and the company's development slate reflects multiple creative voices. That collaborative approach encourages diversity of storytelling while maintaining consistency in production standards, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making.

Relationships Built Over Time

One of ZCE's greatest strengths is the network of professional relationships cultivated since the company's founding in 1992 and over the careers of its leadership team. Those relationships extend across actors and their representatives, producers, directors, writers, crew members, investors, distributors, exhibitors, broadcasters, sponsors, and strategic partners, built project by project, partnership by partnership, through reliability, professionalism, and mutual trust. Today, those relationships represent one of ZCE's most valuable competitive advantages, providing access to exceptional collaborators while reinforcing the company's reputation for reliability.
